All Students Will Receive Free Meals through June 30, 2021
Launch the media gallery 1 playerBeginning with lunch September 9, 2020, all students will be receiving free school meals through June 30, 2021. The district, along with Chartwell's Food, has applied for a waiver from the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) and has received word that we have been accepted. The district is participating in the Summer Food Service Program through Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services. These benefits are for Lonedell R-14 School students only. It does not extend to siblings or other family members.
Students may eat breakfast and lunch at school at no cost. However, we will still offer the snack bar to our 6-8 grade students. Parents may keep funds in their middle school student accounts to be used for the snack bar.
Virtual students will also qualify. Please look for a text from the district as to how to make arrangements to sign up for this benefit.
