Summer School 2021 June 1st – June 30th 7:25 a.m.—3:00 p.m. Free Breakfast and Lunch Field Trips, Attendance Money Reward, & Daily Fun Activities/Games |
Transportation |
Bus: If your child is riding the bus, your bus driver will call you about the time of arrival near the start of summer school.
Car Rider Drop-Off: Car Rider Drop-Off will CHANGE for summer school to the parkinglot in front of the cafeteria/old gym/playground area. Parent drop off will happen from 7:25-7:40am like the school year. Students are considered late after 7:40am. They are using the New Gym parking lot to store items for summer projects and staff parking.
Car Rider Pick-Up: Car Rider Pick-Up will CHANGE for summer school to the parking lot in front of the cafeteria/old gym/playground area. Students will be released at pick-up at 2:50pm. There will be lanes somewhat like the normal school year, but it will be a bit different because of the change in location. Please full forward so we can fit all cars.
Before/After Care: If you are wanting to utilize the before/after care program and you are not already set up, please call the elementary office ASAP at 636-629-0401
If you are changing transportation arrangements on any given day, it is important to make contact with the elementary office before 2pm. |
Field Trips General Information |
Friday, June 4th – Wild Animal Adventures (ALL STUDENTS ATTEND) Students will be taking all students in three different groups. They will also attend the park in St. Clair on this day to eat lunch and enjoy the outdoors.
Friday, June 11th – Cinema 1 Plus (Grades K-2 ONLY) Students in Grades K-2 will attend a movie in the morning in Washington and will head to the park for lunch and play time in the afternoon.
Thursday, June 10th – Union Pool (Grades 3-8 ONLY) Students in grades 3-8 will have lunch at the park across from the pool and then will swim at the Union Pool in the afternoon.
Friday, June 25th – Farmington Water Park (ALL STUDENTS ATTEND) Students will eat lunch across from the water park and then swim at the waterpark until we leave to head home. Students cannot only attend field trips! They must also attend summer school on other days. We will work with families that have vacations and special events that might miss. Just make contact with the elementary office. Students must have good behavior to attend these fun trips. |

Should your child be tested for COVID, are positive with COVID, or are quarantined officially, you will be required to turn in appropriate documentation to the elementary office. |
